I've decided to get as much time on the water as possible this year, so I have set my self the challenge of getting up the local puddle straight after finishing work at the shop (just 10mins away) - at least once a week. Mainly want to do this to keep fit to the sport - beats paying £30 a month to go to a gym and also have ago at the old Freestyle malarky...

F2 disco is a great board to learn the light wind stuff on hoping that the Evo will be up to reaplacing my old Skate...... ;-(

Good session, wind was spot on not too much not too little. Just played around really, sailing front to wind, sailing backwards - then flare gybe out of that and sailed backwards the other way, tack from sailing backwards....blah blah....

GOOD FUN.... not really really windsurfing - but my muscles feel tested!
